Air compressor restart

If the air compressor stops for any reason, there are a few things that need done while restarting it.  First thing, get the air compressor going.

The error from the system will be a tank valve problem.  There is a air pressure sensor in the left wiring box in the tank room that generates a valve error if the air pressure goes too low.  The threshold is set at 75 psi.  If it gets below 75, the face will turn red.  Once the air compressor is started, the milk transport will not work until pressure at that sensor reaches 75.

Because of loss of air pressure, the robots may be stuck in various conditions.  Touch Abort Robot.  Let any cows out that may be in the robot.  Take care of any other situations that may be going on.

After the pressure in the milk room gets up to 75, Acknowledge the errors on the robot screens, and then do the following on each robot:

  1. Go to Milk Transport under VMS Menu.  Touch Milk Destination, choose User, and then Tank then touch OK.
  2. Touch Empty Receiver.  Wait for the milk pump to finish
  3. Touch Purge Milk
  4. Change the Mode to Auto (Accept Cow).
